A personal piece about myself and the daughter I one day hope to have! It came about because I was thinking the other day about how great it would be to take my kid(s) to the studio some day and pass on my love of art/animation.

I’m well aware of how lame I am…BUT I’ve always felt the artwork that is most sincere is most often than not the most identifiable.

  4. No More Managers. Everyone Leads

Often with small groups, it is not the manager who emerges as the leader. In many cases it is a subordinate member with specific talents who leads the group in a certain direction.

Leaders must let vision, strategies, goals, and values be the guide-post for action and behavior, rather than attempting to control others.
